Richardson Elementary School is located in North Delta. The school enrols a culturally diverse population of over 400 students. Kindergarten to Grade 7 is offered in English and French. Students, staff and parents are extremely warm and welcoming and feel very fortunate to be part of such a supportive, caring community. The mission of Richardson Elementary is to nurture the heart, mind, body and spirit of each member of our school family.
Annual school events and activities include the Terry Fox Run, Volleyball and Basketball teams for Grades 6 & 7 students, Hoop Shoot Basketball Challenge (Grades 5-7), Grade 6 & 7 Band, Track & Field (Grades 4-7) and Sports Day. In addition, there are opportunities for intermediate students to develop responsibility by becoming involved in various school jobs such as crossing guard, lunchtime classroom monitor and office monitor.
