Beach Grove Elementary School is an active, friendly and caring school nestled between a beach and forest area of sunny Tsawwassen. Teachers are dedicated to using inquiry and innovation in their teaching practices, and using the beautiful outdoors to create authentic learning experiences for students. Creativity, excellence and responsibility are promoted and celebrated.
Annual school events and activities include the Terry Fox Run, Volleyball and Basketball teams for Grades 6 & 7 students, Hoop Shoot Basketball Challenge (Grades 5-7), Grade 6 & 7 Band, Track & Field (Grades 4-7) and Sports Day. In addition, there are opportunities for intermediate students to develop responsibility by becoming involved in various school jobs such as crossing guard, lunchtime classroom monitor and office monitor.
